Questions
Can I send a data processing agreement with the quote?
Yes. You add your own data processing agreement as a fixed attachment, in the language of the quote. Have a lawyer draft or review it.
Is a maintenance subscription invoiced automatically?
On the agreed day the portal prepares a draft invoice. By default you review and send it yourself. Per subscription you can choose automatic sending, except for the first invoice.
Does it work for clients in another EU country?
You can choose reverse charge, with the statutory wording on the document, and send quotes and invoices in English. Check with your accountant whether the reverse charge applies to your service.
