Available

Each invoice can go as a pdf by email to the digital mailbox for sales invoices of your Exact Online environment. Exact reads it in there, so your accountant has nothing to retype.

Mollie

Available

Your client pays by iDEAL through your own Mollie account. You connect Mollie in the settings, in test mode first. Mollie charges an amount per transaction, which you pay to Mollie. Current rates are on mollie.com.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365

Available

Avsaro sends quotes, invoices and reminders from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, in your name and with your address. It does not read mail.

OneDrive

Available

Signed quotes, terms and invoices are copied as pdf files to a folder per client, year and project. The structure is adjustable.

One accounting package at a time

You connect one accounting package at a time. That keeps your figures unambiguous: no double bookings and no doubt about which package holds the truth. Switching to another package is something we do deliberately, together with you.

Exact Online: how the copy works

As soon as you finalise an invoice, Avsaro can email a copy as a pdf to the digital mailbox for sales invoices of your Exact Online environment, at your request. Exact reads the pdf in. You choose per invoice whether that happens.

  1. In Exact you look up the address of the digital mailbox for sales invoices and enter it in the Avsaro settings.
  2. You add the email address Avsaro sends from to Exact as an allowed sender. Menu names differ per subscription: ask your accountant or Exact partner if you are unsure.
  3. You make sure Scan & Recognise is switched on in your Exact subscription, so pdf invoices are read in automatically.
  4. From Avsaro you send a test with invented invoices, check in Exact that they were read in properly and confirm. After that the copy is on by default.

Good to know

  • Sent means the email was handed to the mail server. What Exact reads in afterwards, you see in Exact.
  • Payments you record in Avsaro stay in Avsaro. That keeps your payment status in one place.
  • Your accountant checks what Exact has read in, as with every invoice that is read in.
  • If you email an invoice twice, it can arrive twice in Exact. Avsaro warns you about that.
  • Final invoices and credit notes go to Exact. Quotes, drafts and reminders stay in Avsaro.

Do you work with another package?

This works with every package:

  • Your client receives the invoice as a pdf by email and you have the same pdf in Avsaro.
  • You download your invoices and reports (revenue, VAT per quarter, debtors and more) as csv.
  • Your accountant picks up the pdfs and the quarterly summary from Avsaro or has them forwarded.

How the mailbox route works

  1. You choose per invoice whether a copy goes to the package.
  2. Avsaro emails the pdf to the address your package provides for this.
  3. The package reads the invoice in itself.
  4. If you email an invoice twice, it can arrive twice in your package.

Is your package not listed?

Tell us which package you use. Many packages have an email address you can send invoices to as a pdf. We first test that it works well with your package and then discuss the options with you.
