Terms and agreements

When you start with Avsaro, we put the agreements in writing with you. This page explains what applies.

Agreements when you start

When you start, we put the agreements in writing with you: what you get, what it costs, how we arrange hosting and support, and how we handle your data. We agree extra work with you beforehand, with an estimate. Only in an urgent case, to limit damage or a security risk outside Avsaro, do we act first and tell you afterwards.

The terms of Assist2go

The services of Assist2go are covered by the General Terms and Conditions of Assist2go. You can read the current version, 1.3 of November 2026, on avsaro.com in the general terms, with a summary in English. The Dutch text is binding. The terms are also on assist2go.nl. If you receive a quote from us, we send the terms with it and the arrangements in that quote apply.

No offer by reading this site

The information on this website explains what Avsaro does. No offer and no agreement arises from reading the site, sending a message, trying the demo or requesting a conversation. An agreement is formed once we have put arrangements in writing together, for example in a quote that you accept.

Demo

A demo consists of sample data. It contains no real records and you do not need to share anything real.

The signature in Avsaro

A client signs a quote in Avsaro with a simple electronic signature under eIDAS, with an evidence file and a certificate that can be checked. It is not a qualified signature. The text of the agreement and the evidence arrangement have not yet been legally reviewed by a lawyer.
