What counts as extra work

Work beyond the roughly two hours and outside the subscription is always agreed with you in advance, with an estimate. Examples:

  • Custom work, such as a new feature, a different report or a different quote layout
  • Extra integrations with other systems
  • Taking over clients, quotes or invoices from another system
  • Training or a workshop for your team
  • Fixing problems caused by changes made by you or by a third party
  • Work on your own hardware, network, website or mail outside the portal

Paying with iDEAL through Mollie

If your clients pay with iDEAL, you connect your own Mollie account to the portal. When you activate iDEAL, you pay Mollie an amount per transaction, not to us. The current rates are on mollie.com.

The portal also works without Mollie. Your client then transfers the amount, the bank details sit on the invoice page with copy buttons and you record the payment yourself.

On top of the price

  • Your Microsoft 365 licences. Mail and OneDrive run through your own environment.
  • The cost per iDEAL payment at Mollie, if you want clients to pay that way. More on that below.
  • An accounting package. Avsaro does not replace your bookkeeping.

How we go about it

  1. Introduction: you try Avsaro yourself or request a call.
  2. Intake: we go through your figures, your terms and what you want to bring.
  3. Set-up together: company details, logo, signature, services and the connection to your mail.
  4. Getting started: you make your first quote and we keep it running.

Who it pays off for

If a simple invoicing package at 10 to 40 euro per month is enough for you, that costs less. Avsaro is for business owners who want quote, signature, invoice and payment in one chain, with an IT partner who hosts and manages it.

Questions about the price

What does Avsaro cost?

995 euro once and then 150 euro per month, both excluding VAT, including hosting and about two hours of support per month. Extra work is always agreed with you in advance, with an estimate. We put the exact contents and price in a proposal.

Are there extra costs?

For extra work, which we agree with you beforehand. For iDEAL you pay Mollie an amount per transaction. For mail and OneDrive you need your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, and that licence is separate from us.

Do unused hours carry over?

No. The roughly two hours apply per month and do not carry over to the next month.

Can I see it first?

Yes. You try Avsaro yourself for 30 minutes in your own environment with sample data, or you request a call. More on the demo page.

What are the term and the notice period?

We set those in your proposal, so you have them in writing before you start.

Is Avsaro accounting software?

No. Avsaro works alongside the package your accountant uses. You get reports and exports for your accountant, and invoices can be copied to your Exact Online mailbox. A general ledger and VAT returns are not part of it.

Is Avsaro also for consumers?

No. Avsaro makes quotes and invoices for business clients.
