How the calculator works
The calculation is simple and shown here in full, so you can check what happens:
- Documents per month = quotes + invoices.
- Time on documents = documents x (minutes now minus minutes with Avsaro). If you are already faster than the assumption, we count zero.
- Late invoices = invoices x the percentage that is paid late.
- Time on follow-up = late invoices x (minutes of follow-up now minus minutes of follow-up with Avsaro).
- Hours per month = (time on documents + time on follow-up) divided by 60. The value per month is those hours times your hourly rate, and per year times 12.
With the example values (10 quotes, 15 invoices, 20 minutes per document, 25 per cent late, 60 euro per hour) that is 25 documents x 14 minutes = 350 minutes, plus 3.75 late invoices x 10 minutes = 37.5 minutes. Together about 6.5 hours per month, 388 euro per month and 4,650 euro per year. This is a worked example and not a client figure.
What the assumptions are
The assumptions under Assumptions you can change are example values of ours: 6 minutes per document with Avsaro, 15 minutes of follow-up per late invoice now and 5 minutes with Avsaro. They are not measurements, so change them to what you expect.
Questions about the calculator
Is my input stored or sent anywhere?
No. The calculation happens in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent, and the page uses no cookies.
Is the result a promise?
No. It is an estimate based on your input and our example assumptions. A saved hour is only worth money if you can spend it on something else.
Why is getting paid faster not included?
Because we cannot back it up. We do show the amount that arrives later than agreed if you enter an average invoice amount, but it is not counted as a saving.
How do I compare the result with the price?
Put the value per year next to the cost of Avsaro: 995 euro once and 150 euro per month, both excluding VAT, so 1,800 euro per year. Work out for yourself whether the difference is worth it to you.
