From first chat to your first quote
Four steps, at a pace that suits your business. There is nothing to install: Assist2go sets up Avsaro together with you.
Introduction
We discuss how you quote, invoice and track what is outstanding today. Which services do you offer, with which VAT, and what is still done by hand? On that basis we agree the setup with you.
Setup together with you
We prepare your environment: company details, logo and accent colour, your service catalogue, templates and terms. A checklist in the portal shows what is still open, so you can see how far along you are.
Integrations
Email and OneDrive run through your Microsoft 365 environment. If you want clients to pay by iDEAL, you connect your own Mollie account. If you use Exact Online, a copy of your invoices goes as a pdf to the Exact digital mailbox. What each integration does is explained on the Integrations page.
Live
You create your first real quote and we look along. After that Avsaro runs in the environment hosted by Assist2go. We run updates at night whenever we can, and for questions you can reach us by email or through the contact form.
How long the setup takes depends on your business and on how quickly your details are available. We agree the schedule in the first conversation.

What you do
- Provide your details, services and terms
- Make your Microsoft 365 environment available and, if you want them, your Mollie account and Exact mailbox
- Check and send quotes and invoices
- Record payments, unless Mollie is connected
