Can I invoice patients or clients in treatment?
Avsaro is meant for business clients. Invoices to private individuals and claims to health insurers belong in other systems.
Does the portal store treatment files?
No. The portal keeps client details for quotes and invoices, not case files of clients or patients.
Which VAT applies to my training?
That depends on your service. Some education and care services are exempt. Ask your accountant or the Dutch Tax Authority. Avsaro offers choices for 21, 9 and 0 per cent.
