General terms

General terms of Assist2go

Version 1.3 of November 2026. They apply to business clients, in particular to the business portal Avsaro. They belong to your order or quote.

In short, for Avsaro

  • The terms apply to everything Assist2go offers to clients who act in the course of a business or profession. They do not apply to consumers: a consumer cannot order Avsaro on avsaro.com.
  • The order page is an invitation to order. Your order is the offer. The agreement comes about when we approve your order and confirm that by email (article 5.14).
  • The subscription starts on the day we approve your order and runs for 12 months. After that it renews by one month at a time, and you can cancel every month with 1 month's notice. If we give notice, the notice period is 3 months and we help you with the export and handover (article 6.12).
  • Your first invoice covers the set-up and the first month. After that we invoice every month in advance, payable within 14 days, for example by iDEAL (articles 8.9 and 8.15).
  • Hosting, management and a support budget of 1.5 hours per month are included. What you do not use does not carry over. You get a message at 75 and at 100 percent of the budget. Support beyond the budget and other work outside it we only do after your approval (articles 20.10 to 20.13).
  • For the first 24 months the monthly amount, the set-up and the support budget do not change. After that the price can rise at most once a year by the CBS consumer price index, with a maximum of 5 percent per year, after an announcement of at least 2 months (article 10.7).
  • After the end you receive, on request, an export of all your data at no cost (article 31.8).
  • If you switch provider during the first 12 months, you pay a fee equal to the subscription amount for the remaining months after the transition period of at most 30 days (articles 6.11 and 6.12).
The Dutch text is binding

This summary is a convenience and does not replace the terms. The agreement is concluded in Dutch and the Dutch text is binding (article 33.4). If this summary and the Dutch text differ, the Dutch text applies.
